A: Yes, in addition to various formats, there will almost always be a short and long resume.

A: No, each candidate has a resume that is individually prepared.
Q: Do you place limitations on the number of changes to, or copies of, a candidate's resume?
A: We believe that the audience for the resume is the next employer of the candidate, and that by limiting information, chances of employment may be reduced.
